I bought a used bike at another dealer. Had code issues. This short was very hard to find in a wiring harness. Darci and her service team did not give up until they figured it out. Brought in a breaker box to find the short. It ended up being a direct ground on the frame under the seat. This was not easy to find. Darci went all out for me and gave me a fair deal as the place I bought bike from wouldn't pay a cent!

The Sales Consultant did an excellent job in showing the features of the bike and answered all my questions before deciding to make the purchase. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable in all departments. Candace Redden did an excellent in closing the deal and was very professional and courteous. Great service and parts arrived quickly

I purchased a 2021 Rebel 1100 DCT in the morning and it was delivered to my home in the afternoon. The sales staff were awesome. They were very helpful through out the process. I had a small problem with insurance but the Business Manager gave me several recommendations and I found the best insurance coverage and price. Looking forward to going back to ProCycle for the first 1000 km bike servicing.

I had ordered a riding jacket from Kimpex.ca through Procycle, but got the wrong size. I took the jacket to the store to see if they could help me exchange it for a bigger size, and even though I had ordered the jacket online, they went above and beyond to exchange the jacket for me there in the store.
